Concrete in ground swimming pools
A concrete pool
is a custom-built pool that will be built precisely as you specify.
This is the most popular style of in ground pool. The cost of a
concrete pool is usually less than a fiberglass pool. The concrete
pools are usually constructed in a certain order beginning with pool
layout and excavation, steel installation, plumbing installation,
set equipment, applying of gunnite or shotcrete (a process by which
compressed air forces mortar or concrete through a hose and nozzle
onto a surface, making for an extra strength concrete) installing
the tile and coping, and installing the interior finish. An
advantage of the concrete pool is that it can be constructed in many
different shapes, sizes and designs. It usually takes from three to
12 weeks for the construction of a concrete pool. Product guide ~ About our site ~ Resource links ~ pool filters information ~ outdoors resources ~ pool filters and related ~ outdoors related supplies and tools ~ swimming pool filters guide |
